Filippo Minoglio: Pani

Pani  is a book about sculpture and cooking, a book about creation, a book of shared recipes. The artist was hosted in the kitchens of the four collective members, and in each of these kitchens, using the ingredients available in various cupboards, he crafted a series of bread sculptures.

The book, divided into four chapters, one for each household, features a photo documentation of the sculpture preparation process. Each part begins with the recipes and a brief poem, and concludes with an image of the baking parchment used for the bread. It is only at the end of the book that one can view the sculptures in their entirety.
