Revue Faire #39, #40, #41
Faire is a bi-monthly magazine dedicated to graphic design, published from October to June, distributed each two months in the form of anthologies of three or four issues. This instalment features a series of prints by Adrian Piper, an American artist who confronts sexism and racism. There is also Manon Bruet’s discussion with Eurostandard on the different visual identities they worked on with Les Urabaines, an interdisciplinary festival in Lausanne. An essay by Aude Fellay draws on recent debates about the condition of photography, rethinking the role of the the fashion image in a fiercely competitive modern landscape of memes, selfies, stories, and reels.
