Letterspace 50

Letterspace 50 documents a growing, open community in Amsterdam that comes together to explore what typography can be. Since 2018, Letterspace has organized monthly talks that look beyond traditional definitions of typography and lettering, inviting artists, designers, and researchers whose work expands, questions, or reinterprets the field. This publication brings together the first fifty speakers and the many perspectives they shared, ranging from experiments to thoughtful research and unexpected approaches to letterforms in everyday life.
