Pleasure Providers Pillow Talk is a sex-worker-led gathering happening on International Whores Day. We invite all sex-workers and allies to gather and take a moment to rest, read and reflect. MF Akynos, Alejandra Ortiz and Alice Danger will share stories with us, Kami Million will be the host of this evening. The microphone is handed over to the workers themselves, there to share parts of their lived experiences. By sharing these from our own perspective we can create nuance in our narratives. The audience will also be offered space to share if they want to. Pleasure Providers Pillow Talk highlights the importance to listen, as well as being heard. PPPTalk aims to create a warm and secured space. Next to reflecting there will also be the celebration of the existence of whores. In our space and our day the community doesn’t have to hide, this day is ours, we are allowed to thrive.
