‘L’Europe c’est Deutshland quand tu rate laba tu est foutue mon frère, le reste c’est du fouma-fouma!’ is a documentation of the remaining forms of language found in the Koepelgevangenis, a former panoptic prison in Haarlem, Netherlands. The building designed by Willem Metzelaar, was completed in 1901. The prison closed in 2016 and was used to house asylum seekers to the Netherlands.

This publication was initiated, edited and designed by Eliott Déchamboux & Marcel Mrejen, and features two additional texts: Flame Lix* by David Bennewith and Panoptics by Paul Gangloff.
